Customer Review: What a waste.

This fan is an absolute piece of garbage. The first one came to me smashed to bits-- the plastic was cracked, leaving the entire front of the fan hanging off. I made the mistake of assuming this was a packaging error and ordered a second one (with which Amazon was extremely helpful and quick.) The second one arrived in one piece, but was knocked over onto SOFT CARPETING and the cheap plastic and tiny metal rings holding the fan blades shattered, rendering the fan useless. I'm very sorry to have ever wasted time and money on such a poorly designed fan.
