I own this heater since nearly 2 years now. works perfectly with no problems at all. It is enough for a small to medium size bedroom but not enough for a living room. The thermostat works beautifully and the heater does not make much noise.

1 Touch Swirl Grill Power Heater, 1 Touch Thermostat, Swivel Housing For Directional Heat Control, Power Swirl Grill, Carry Handle, Auto Safety Shut Off, 2 Heat Settings: 1000 & 1500W, BTU's: 3412 At Low, 5118 At High, Item Dimemsions: 10.75" H x 7.5" W x 6.75 D.Cute, compact, and weighing only three pounds, this swivel fan heater goes just about anywhere. Take it to work, the vacation cabin, or from room to room, and swivel it manually to direct heat where it's needed most. Simple one-touch operation toggles through thermostat-controlled settings for 60, 65, 70, 75, and 80 degrees F, and for low (1,000 watts) and high (1,500 watts) output. The heater maintains the desired temperature by cycling on and off or runs continually when set on manual mode. If it overheats, the heater instantly shuts off.
